Concierge Medicine at West Volusia Family & Sports Medicine

We are striving to provide you with the best possible healthcare and make each experience as easy and convenient as possible. However, we understand that there have been requests to have a higher level of access to your Doctor/Provider for emergency care and communication after hours. We have decided to implement a Concierge Medicine Service to meet these needs.

Please be aware that you do not need this service to receive the best possible care at our office. This program only looks to offer additional options to meet the expectations of patients who wish to purchase this service.

Specifics of the program:

• Emergency same day appointments - Our goal is to get you in with whomever you picked as your Concierge provider. However, there are times when they are not available. During those times you will still be able to receive a same day appointment with another available provider.
• Additional paperwork completed (Disability, Parking) and Prior Authorization
• Convenient laboratory collection in our lab at 739 S. Spring Garden Ave Deland, FL. (386) 777-2273.
• New prescriptions and prescription refills sent electronically to the pharmacy (except controlled substances).
• Discounts to Aesthetic services.
• The cost is $3,000.00 annually from the date of payment.
